By accessing and using this Website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Website’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and BP Consulting Services trading as Essay Services London (the Consultancy), the owner and provider of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and/or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide no warranties (expressed or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality. The Consultancy is under no obligation to update information on the Website.

Whilst the Consultancy uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free from errors, viruses and other malware, we give no warranty or guarantee in that regard and all Users take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.

The Consultancy accepts no liability for any disruption of non-availability of the Website.

The Consultancy accepts no liability for any undetected and/or unauthorised violations or breach of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to English law. All disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.



You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide at any time by updating your profile (personal details) to ensure that we can communicate with you in an effective manner.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes of if you breach these terms and conditions.

You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing to the business address at the end of these terms and conditions. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the Website. You can re-register, if you wish to, by informing us in writing.



All content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of the Consultancy, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appear on or forms part of this Website, including any such Content uploaded by Users. By continuing to use this Website, you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights, and that such Content remains exclusively with the Consultancy. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

i. in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or interferes with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website;
ii. in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, government order;
iii. making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of Content protected by copyright without the permission of the Consultancy.



The User agrees and understands that the Consultancy only commences work once the order has been paid for. The delivery time for each order begins from the day the order has been paid for.

The User acknowledges and agrees that as soon as they have paid for their order, either in part or in whole, and the Consultancy has begun working on this order, the User may not cancel that order and moreover that the User is obliged to pay in full any outstanding fees once work has begun.

The next-day delivery is only available for orders that have been paid for before 1pm on Day1. Next day-delivery orders that have been paid for before 1pm on Day1, will be delivered to the User on Day2 before 11:55pm.

In the case that the User does not provide all the required information for their order, the Consultancy reserves the right to cancel the User’s order at any time with immediate effect, without either being obliged to complete the work or pay compensation because of its inability to complete the work.

Except otherwise stated, all monetary amounts referred to in these terms and conditions or on the Website are in GBP (British Pound).

Value-added tax (VAT) is included in the Consultancy's quoted total prices, where/if applicable, at the rate prevailing from time to time.



If the Consultancy agrees to refund the User in full or part, this refund will be made via PayPal. If the User used other means for payment (for example, a bank transfer directly to the Consultancy’s bank account), the Consultancy will offer the User credit towards a future order. All refunds are made at the complete discretion of the Consultancy.

The Consultancy reserves the right to refund the User’s payment in full and without either being obliged to complete the work or pay compensation because of its inability to complete the work.

The User agrees and understands that no refund will be made once the work has begun on their order. In other words, if the order status is shown as ‘in progress’, the User cannot demand a refund.



The User agrees that any written materials sold to them by the Consultancy is sold solely for the purposes of guidance and assistance with the User’s own work through giving an example of a model answer or structuring of ideas. The User must never submit any document provided/sold by the Consultancy as if their own work, either in part or whole to any academic institution or workplace.

The User must check, before placing an order on this Website, whether the particular rules and regulations of their academic institution or workplace permit the use of services offered by the Consultancy.

The User agrees to never violate the copyright of any material sold to them by the Consultancy.

The Consultancy accepts absolutely no liability or responsibility for any plagiarism detected in the document(s) you submit to the Website. The User understands and agrees that any document uploaded to this Website should be fully original and plagiarism-free. We condemn and reject plagiarism in all its forms and reserve the right to deny our services to any person who commits such acts.

The User agrees that the decision to use the services provided by the Consultancy is made entirely on the User’s own initiative. The Consultancy accepts no responsibility or liability for any decision to use our products or services.

The User agrees that any decision to rely on the services offered by the Consultancy to an extent that any delay in delivery may cause deadlines to be missed is done so at their own risk. The Consultancy shall not be liable or responsible for any aforesaid lateness in delivery.

The Consultancy offers and sells products and services that are rendered purely and solely as academic assistance and guidance, and do not constitute in any form professional advice or containing any form professional specialism.

The Consultancy accepts no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies or errors that occasionally occur in written materials and their impact upon your final work or grade. We do not guarantee Users any final mark/grade for any written piece of work.



The Consultancy assures all Users that they will not knowingly disclose any personal information provided by the User to any person outside the company, other than as required to do so by any lawful authority, and/or to pursue any fraudulent transactions.

The Consultancy treats all information submitted by the User as confidential and that Users’ use of our services will be fully confidential.



The User understands and agrees that the Consultancy will not be liable to the User, or any agent or associate of the User, for any mistake or error in judgement or for any act or omission done in good faith.

The Consultancy will not be liable to the User in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Consultancy accepts no liability for any of the following:

i. any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;
ii. loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
iii. any special, indirect or consequential loss of damage.



By providing us with your contact details, you will be indicating to us your consent to us contacting you by mail, telephone, fax, email, and SMS/MMS to let you know about any goods, services or promotions of our own which may be of interest to you unless you indicate an objection to receiving such messages.

The User agrees that the Consultancy may send up to 4 marketing communications per month. However, the Consultancy offers you the opportunity of opting out of such marketing communications at any time by informing the Consultancy in writing.
